Absent Friends

To everyone's surprise Bulgaria pulled out of the Tel Aviv experience. It's a bit of a mystery why, but it probably involves funding issues.
Of Bulgaria's first nine entries only one made it out of the semi (2007) but after a break they came back with a vengeance and made it to the final three times in a row.

Ukraine is also out, not going. But they had a NF, chose a song initially so they do have a page this year.

And then there's a few that have gone AWOL for a while now.

Bosnia-Herzegovina: 2016 - 2012 - 2011 - 2010 - 2009

Turkey: 2012 - 2011 - 2010 - 2009 but they have a perfect ambassador in Serhat.
